It works well with the right size of bamboo baskets but after the first use remains stained. I think this is because the metal is aluminum. by Carlo
I bought this along with a " bamboo steamer 10. The adapter allows me to steam using a variety of different pots to provide the steam. This makes my kitchen much easier. by strat40
